Executive Director – Job Description
The duties and responsibilities as the Executive Director of the ITP Foundation encompass all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Administration
- Finance/bookkeeping – QuickBooks proficient
- AR/AP
- Email and written correspondence
- Banking
- Telephone correspondence
- Report generation
- Board of Directors interface and communication
- Year end donor thank you letters
- Year end tax preparation and interface w/ accountant
- ITPMAN Triathlon
- Generate advance written approvals w/ all town and state agencies
- Work in partnership with Event Director and Race Director
- Prepare and present all formal written correspondence
- Review/edit all press releases
- Financial oversight
- Direct responsibilities as outlined in ITPMAN Organizational Chart
- Post race recap
- Financial
- USAT report
- Sponsor/community thank you letters
- ITP Team and TEAM Stephanie
- Provide support to Team Director with his duties to
- Build and enhance team
- Communicate with Team
- Manage members
- Oversee collections and pledges
- Maintain Team roster
- Maintain Team gear inventory
- Shipping to new members
- ITP website
- Ensure information is updated and timely

- Year round volunteer group
- Corporate sponsorships and Grant opportunities
- Research
- Solicit
- Prepare/submit
- Manage and oversee all future hires who may be retained
- Develop and initially lead new Foundation projects
- Solicit/select a Project Leader to ensure continuity and preserve time resources and event management for all the Foundation’s activities
