Wiffle Ball Tournament
The 1st Annual ITPF WIFFLE ® Tournament to Benefit The ITP Foundation is a family oriented endeavor that we hope will not just bring community members together to help battle ITP, but competitive WIFFLE ball players from near and far. We have designed this tournament so that backyard enthusiasts, and those grinding it out on the WIFFLE ball circuits, can come together and play this great game for a great cause.
The ITPF WIFFLE Tournament is an officially sanctioned event of The WIFFLE ® Ball Inc. The ITPF WIFFLE Tournament is a charity event, and the Commissioner will not condone poor sportsmanship of any kind, so save your brushback pitches for the backyard, enjoy the day, and swing away against ITP!
Registration per Team: $100 per team
When: Saturday, August 23, 2008
Where: Darien Town Hall Fields 1 & 2 - In front of 2 Renshaw Road - Darien, CT
Sign-In: 8:45AM - 9:45 AM
First Pitch: 10:00 AM
League Play: Family Fun League for those wishing to play with friends and/or family! Competitive League for those serious Wiffle Ball fanatics!
Basic Info: All teams will consist of 2 to 5 players. There is no baserunning; this is an over-the-line tournament (see below). All games will be either 5 innings or 45 minutes long, and all teams are guaranteed to play at least 3 games! Only official Wiffle ® Ball Inc. products will be used on the field of play. HAVE FUN!
