About Our Race
The ITPMAN Triathlon is a non-profit event where 100% of all net proceeds go to the ITP Foundation. Thanks in part to athletes and sponsors like you, over $200,000 has been donated to medical research and to assist numerous families with ITP.

Standard Triathlete Fee

Relay Team Fee
$200 per relay team
** Field limited to 400 athletes. All athletes and relay team members must have a valid USAT membership at the time of the race, otherwise each entrant will be required to purchase a one-day USAT license for $12. **

Souvenir Race Belt
Add $10 to your registration and receive your official ITPMAN souvenir race belt. Unlike safety pins, our race belts keep race numbers in place without causing damage to your race gear.
RACE DETAILS
Race Packet Pickup
Race packets will be available for pickup at Weed Beach Park from 4PM to 7PM on Friday, Sept 13th and on race day, Saturday, Sept 14th from 5:15AM to 6:30AM.
Race packet pickup always requires a photo ID. A valid USAT membership must be presented for packet pickup or entrant will be required to purchase a one-day USAT license for $12 during the registration process. Entrant must be present; no one else may pick up your race packet on your behalf.

Awards & Race Results
Prized gift certificates will be awarded to the overall and top three male and female finishers of each of the following age groups:
Under 18, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Winners must be present at the post-race awards ceremony to claim their award. Results will be posted shortly after the race on the ITP Foundation website - www.itpfoundation.org
COURSE DETAILS
Swim - 0.5 miles
The race will begin on the beach. At 7:00 AM triathletes will make their way around three buoys in a counter-clockwise loop (keeping all buoys to their left) before heading back to shore for their bike transition.
Bike - 15 miles
Triathletes will leave Weed Beach and make left onto Nearwater Lane. Left onto Boston Post Road. Right on to Hollow Tree Ridge Road. Continue on Hollow Tree Ridge until Talmadge Hill Road. Right on Talmadge Hill Road. At South Avenue (Rt. 124) make a left. Continue on South Avenue (Rt. 124) over Merritt Parkway and take a left on Farm Rd. Make a left onto Old Stamford Road (RT 106). Left on Lapham and continue straight onto Hollow Tree Ridge Road until you are on Boston Post Road. On Boston Post Rd. make a left and continue to Nearwater Lane. Make right on Nearwater Lane back to the transition area.


Run - 5 miles
Triathletes will leave transition area at Weed Beach and make left on to Nearwater Lane. Right at Boston Post Road and right again on to Ring's End Road. Then right on to Pear Tree Point Road. Make a left on to Long Neck Point Road. Run back on Long Neck Point road to Pear Tree Point Road. Make left on Rings End Road to Boston Post Road take a left. Make a left on to Nearwater Lane, and back to beach area and finish line
