As part of the ITP Team, you will compete in the events you have selected based on your own schedule and location. Your participation in these events, as an ITP Team member, will help the ITP Foundation spread awareness about Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP), a rare bleeding disorder, which has a great impact on the quality of life of children and adolescents with the disorder. In effect, you can do what they can't!
Your fundraising efforts will help support research efforts to learn more about ITP and the search for a cure, raise awareness for this rare disorder and help families with children and teens who have ITP and need financial assistance to manage and treat the disorder.
Now you know what you can do for others, let us tell you about what being on the ITP Team means for you:
Besides knowing you are racing for the benefit others which will push you harder and make you go faster, guaranteed, you will have a sense of "Team" in largely solitary and individual sports.
For a $150.00 donation (this covers the cost of your uniform) and a commitment to raise an additional $350.00 in your races you get:
